Allied Harbor Point

I was probably one of the first residents to move in at allied and I will say that there was some major misunderstanding about pet policy. Pets are not allowed outside with the exception of a dog relief area which is pretty small and usually full of dogs some well mannered and some not at all. Having such a big change in what was for me the main selling point of the place was pretty upsetting. I do wish the leasing agent was a bit clearer about that before move in. At the end of the day, with point park right around the corner it realistically is not such a huge deal. I’ve been here 5 months and have really grown to love it. I have been living in Allied Harbor Point now for 2 months. It has been a great experience overall. The amenities and service are top notch and the location is so ideal. Not to mention we have only ever had great experiences with the leasing office before and after moving in. In particular, Jazmyn from the leasing office, has always been incredibly helpful with small issues and answering questions that have arisen. She made the process moving here very easy. Couldn’t recommend these apartments more!

Really love the building. Jazmyn was our leasing agent and she was incredible! So patient as we looked at other buildings and kept coming back with questions. She showed me the building twice, I really appreciated that she was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind! Also the amenities floor is incredible, fantastic gym and the other residents have been so nice to meet!

I signed my lease with Allied a few months ago and I love it so far. The amenities are beautiful and you can’t beat the location. Jazmyn, a leasing office agent, has been so helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to move. Reyes is also the best and cares about the residents, which is a welcoming feeling.
