I moved from Ontario to Edmundston N.B. and bought my house during Covid trusting this real estate company. I asked multiple timed for monthly utilities statements from the previous owners but the only thing I received was excuses. When I finally move in, here is what I found 1. Hydro Bill from the city of Edmundston for the month of January - $1800. Yes, you read that correctly. $1800 per month. 2. Fridge was broken and had to be replaced - $4500 3.Dishwasher was broken and had to be replaced. $900 4.Washing machine was broken and had to be repaired $400 5. Mini split heat pump was broken and had to be repaired. $250 6. Laundry room concrete floor leaked and had to repaired and retiled $4500 There is more but you get the idea. I came here to retire and save some money. Not! Caveat

I recommend for everyone outside from province or anywhere from Canada do not trust this company they will gona promise everything just to sign ppwk ,due to covid I was not able to enter province to see house what I was planning to buy,after lifting restrictions went there I realized is not for me ,asking for my deposit back but no way, Big thanks for trusting in them just I lost my deposit ,big mistake do not trust them just promises, they don't care how hard you work for money, if was restrictions or no

Great realtor to sell your property. They are not afraid to post properties at over the market rate. Not so great on the buyer side.
