I live on Carver Circle since 2016 and I love living here. I want to thank Alliance for continuing to rent me my unit. I want to specially thank Ms. Courtlyn and Mr Cedric (H) for going above and beyond. My unit has just been renovated and I have such a big smile on my face. I thought I would have to move out completely but all I had to do was remove my large items so they can do the work. It is totally worth it thanks again. Everyone did such a wonderful job from maintenance to the contractors and owners. I love how everyone seems so friendly and helpful and with willing to answer any questions and help any as much as possible.They're still in the process of doing some other things but I am more than satisfied. I have been a tenant at carver circle since 2017. Since living out there no one came to fix anything and pest control never was present. As a tenant you had to be pest control to live comfortably. Been out of heat and air since 2020. They just came to put in a unit November. They replaced the stove and refrigerator in 2024 after numerous calls and years letting them know it was not working. I never complained. I always follow protocol. Now that I’m moving after been told by one of the property owners that I will need to leave the unit for repairs to be done due to the repairs coming from wear and tore over the years. I moved into Millstone Place in December and moved out in April. I didn't know what peace was until I moved out. First of all, my apartment was dirty when I moved in. I started cleaning it and then finally called Kelly (who has since been fired) and she had someone come clean it. My upstairs neighbors had small children who were out of control. Not only did they destroy the blinds, but they broke a window as well. I did live on the first floor, but I live on a first floor where I am currently and have had NO issues. I did contact Kelly, who did nothing at first, but finally offered to let me move to a third floor apartment in a different building after several complaints and several run ins with the neighbors. You can tell right away that their team runs on a tight, well organized system everything from communication to follow through is handled with real professionalism.
