In my opinion, she is very quick to rent without considering anything outside of the paycheck. We live in a home neighboring one she owns/rents out for the last 5 years and with the exception of the family who was living there when we moved in, all the tenants have been a nuisance - loud, messy, blocking the street with all the cars that don’t fit in the driveway, late parties that disturb the neighborhood, minimal property maintenance, etc. It’s discouraging because our neighborhood is filled with lovely homes and friendly, kind families, yet we’re forced to tolerate whomever she permits to lease her property. If any one of the other tenants had occupied her home when we purchased ours, we would’ve passed because her subsequent choices show an absolute disregard for her neighbors. Do bett

I would give Zero stars if I could. They put house up for sale and kicked us out like we were trash. When I emailed her to beg for time to find somewhere to go, I see a previous email conversation between her and the homeowner and she used the "eyeroll emoji" in reference to my asking for more time. Nice to know she cared!

Rented one of her properties and it was an absolutely awful experience.

Mary is the most hard-working and savvy property manager I’ve ever worked with. She cares about her owners, and provides a level of service and expertise that you will not get with a big company!

If i could give zero stars I would! She is very inefficient. Don't ask her to take care of your property, she is lacking in communication and does not pay attention to detail at all. Don't waste your money or time. You will hate it!
