Shout out to Danielle and her work on our HOA financial documents! As a CPA (retired), i do appreciate accurate financial information and I think it is vital to our Board to have to manage the HOA. Danielle has consistently provided us with timely, detailed, financial information in a easily accessible package. Just a few specifics, she was able to quickly convert the financial statements from cash basis (by prior accountants) to accrual basis as required by our CCR's and which now provide a much better information. She provides us with monthly explanations of significant budget/actual variances automatically and has helped us in setting our annual budget. They are in charge of our HOA for Greendale Grove in Star, ID. They are very responsive, but almost no action. 1) Irrigation pump- it’s been over 2 weeks since the rest of star has been able to water their lawns and there have been issues after issue as to why we don’t have ours yet. These are new lawns, trees, and plants that are drying up. First it wasn’t filled with water, then apparently a valve was mistakenly closed, now there is a massive leak that a fellow resident took a video of. Different stories keep coming from AMP and they assured a week ago it would be on. 2) Common Area constant flooding and standing water- this was reported by several residents and myself included. They aren’t even trying. Between them switching to a new software vendor to communicating dues it is hard to watch. Also my HOA fees go towards snow removal and I haven’t seen them do anything snow removal related.

super stupid notices...I have a chair to seat my disabled husband in while I do yard work in the front yard. When I relocate him to his room they came by an violated me for the chair. This is a waste of time and money. I can't move him and the chair at the same time and it isn't left there long periods of time. Anyway the chair is in good repair, not tipped over, ripped or otherwise unsightly...honestly you pay to be harassed over nothing. If it were a big old overstuffed broken down chair I could understand but really...it is sad if this is all you have to do.
