We were the sellers of a home that the employee Freddy’s clients were buying and everything has been horrible because of them. Freddy knew that paperwork was being based off the incorrect date from the contract but yet chose to say nothing about it to anyone. He also didn’t disclose that his clients were using a PHFA grant which caused so many hardships on us as the sellers and resulted in us moving hours from home to the new house and having to spend thousands on places to stay because of the delays caused by Freddy’s carelessness. This company has been horrible and they haven’t cared one bit about the repercussions of their actions since it doesn’t directly affect them. I suggest everybody steer clear of them.

Excellent. Had the pleasure of working with Celene Mayes while looking to buy a home. Although I had an issue with my lender and my deal fell through( Not any fault of Allentown City Realty or Celene) her work was completely on point. Celene was always super professional, quick to respond to any questions that I had, very patient and super kind. She took care of everything and left not a single loose end. She even tried everything to save my deal but at the time was impossible. Celene was excellent and even reached out to me weeks later to ensure that I had received my deposit back in full. There aren't many people in today's time that work like Celene! I will definitely use Allentown Realty again when I'm ready and look forward to working with Celene again!
