Allen Senior Citizen Housing Complex

I visited here AND I like everything I saw. My Mother was called for an apartment. Unfortunately, she passed. I would like to spend the rest of my life in this apartment setting. In Jesus Name. Rev.Brenda J. Wheeler.

I don't like how they care for the building it's a senior living facility building, it shouldn't be roach infestations and pest.. There's a smell in that building that's not pleasant..

Elevators smell of garbage and ALWAYS break down and the Fire Dept comes out each time / repair company just for them to break down either the same day or the following day, a few days later , monthly ( big inconvenience for the elderly if not living on the 1st floor)roaches, mice, bed bugs ( No elderly person should have to live like this when paying monthly and on time and thru HUD). The call button / pull string located in bathrooms for "Emergencies " absolutely do not work and are over 30 years old and according to Management would take over 100,000 to fix. Some of the Maintenance workers are very relaxed/ lazy bc they have been there 15-20 years and are about to retire . Some of the Case managers assigned to tenants do not keep active communication regarding concerns but expect ten

Looks like a decent environment for elderly ppl. Very clean. Nice staff,, super works hard to maintain the complex. I wouldn't mind my mother or grandma living here.

After a 2 year wait,Due To Covid,Once I was Called,The Intake Was Quickly&Handle Very Professionally!Out Of 5 Apartment Application,Allen Was Number One,And Here I Am,And Extremely Grateful,God Does Answers Prayes@
