Allen House Apartments

I’ve lived here for two years and really enjoy this community. It’s safe, comfortable, and in a great area ,that’s very convenient to everything. The management team are always friendly But Kellie always goes above and beyond to do a great job keeping the property clean and well maintained. I also appreciate the renovations, especially the updates to the pool area, which look great. The maintenance team is very kind and quick to help whenever something needs to be fixed. Overall it’s been a great place to live, which is why I’m happy to renew for another year.

I would like to say the maintenance team at Allen House is absolutely amazing. All four individuals are the best. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Abdias to service our apartment, and this young man is simply amazing!! He fixed items I didn't even ask about. There are still good people out there that really care. Thank you Allen House crew and thank you Abdias!!!!

I just moved here and it was truly a pleasure interacting with Kellie, the Resident Services Manager. She is highly professional, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my concerns with a genuinely warm and reassuring attitude. It is clear that she authentically cares about the tenants, which is rare to find nowadays. She made me feel welcomed, heard, and confident that I am in good hands. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Chris made this apartment experience much easier than I expected. He went over the apartment with me many times and was always patient, respectful, and calm, even when I needed to review things again or ask the same questions. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. He took the time to explain details clearly, walked me through the process step by step, and made sure everything was done correctly. His professionalism combined with a very approachable attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who is thorough, respectful, and easy to work with, I’d definitely recommend him

Great apartment complex; Went in to tour a little bit and was greeted with utmost respect by Kellie. The living space is very comfortable and the environment within provides such a calm effect. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for an affordable apartment with a great community.
