We bought a house and sold a house using Michael as our agent. He understood our wants and budget very well and was able to find us and help us obtain our dream home in a tough market. He is caring, honest, and quick to respond. He knows about houses, wells, septic, construction, repairs, and the market very, very well and was able to give us suggestions and recommendations about various questions we had throughout both processes. From experience, I know not all realtors are able to do all of that and so his knowledge in these areas was greatly appreciated. He also made the selling process very smooth and easy. If we ever move back to the area, we would definitely use his services again.

DO NOT RENT!! Mike and Tricia are super unproffessional and they are very greedy. Address multiple issues with the place while we were there and they didn't fix any of it. Pure laziness and disregard for the people living there. the grass grew up to my hip because Mike is too lazy. Also Mike is very rude and actually emailed me after I left with obscenities and rude comments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE!
