Beth was truly the BEST realtor we have had the opportunity to work with. She was so knowledgeable and helpful about the Tallahassee area. We were buying a house from out of state, which can be a daunting task not knowing much about the area but Beth made it easy and enjoyable. She helped us with the big and little things involved in relocating. She loves her clients like they are part of her family. Allen and Associates, and Beth Allen specifically, were amazing to rent from. When we had any issues arise with the apartment, the fixes were practically immediate and Beth was great with communicating with us and maintenance. I can not recommend this place enough. Having rented different apartments in Tallahassee, I can safely say that this has been my best experience. My roommate and I rented a townhome at Carolina Terrace and we have absolutely no complaints. The units were clean, the maintenance and upkeep was minimal, and Beth was fantastic.

Beth has been a great landlord for the past year at Indian Village. Quick to handle maintenance matters, keeps the place updated and modern, and overall kind and helpful. Best living experience I’ve had in Tallahassee, especially compared to those big apartment complexes!

Beth Allen was my landlord for two years. My boyfriend and I rented a townhouse from her while at FSU and she was absolutely fantastic. She always responded to texts and calls, even on weekends, maintenance requests were handled by her handyman, Ernest, within a day or two. The place was well cared for and clean. Beth was always very professional and friendly and made an effort to connect with us individually, unlike many student housing complexes. We really enjoyed renting from her.

My brother had rented a townhouse with Beth Allen and had a WONDERFUL experience with her! So when it was time for me and my friend to start looking for a place off campus I contacted Beth. We went and looked at a few places she had available. We were on a budget but still wanted something within walking distance. She helped us find that place. She always responds fast when I text/call with any issues and will send out someone to fix the issues ASAP. She also sends out a friendly text to notify us when someone is coming to our place to change our air filter (which is done regularly), or any other maintenance requests. Both my roommate and I signed our lease for a second year back in January! If you’re looking for a place to live I would 100% recommended contacting Beth Allen.
