Allegro at Corner Canyon Apartment Homes

TLDR: They conned us into paying a lot more for rent, but the apartments themselves are very, very nice. At the end of the day, please remember that this is an apartment complex that's trying to get as much money out of you as they can. To explain- we got "special permission" to sign a lease for an apartment 2 weeks earlier than you're typically allowed to. At the time we thought it was nice of them, but it turns out they let us do that because they were going to run a promotional the next week for the exact apartment we were applying for. If we had waited and went through the process nominally, we would have gotten the promo. But, they instead gave us "special permission" to sign earlier than we should have, locking in the price when we signed. So, they tricked us out of 4 weeks free and

I’m currently living at the Allegro Apartments in Draper to save money for a down payment on a new place, but it’s been quite challenging. These apartments are pretty old, and the shades are dirty no matter how much I clean. The landscaping crew starts early, making it tough for my baby to sleep during the day. It’s nearly impossible to work from home because of the constant noise. Plus, if you move out before your lease ends and try to sublet, you’re still stuck paying their monthly fees. On top of everything, we had to pay $3597 to break our lease for just three months’ worth of rent. I definitely wouldn’t recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable living situation.

Moved in this month and they have been fantastic. They've come out within 24 hours for any fixes we've requested and been very professional. A little pricey, but it's a great area and a great apartment. Worth the price if you can swing it.

Truly the most beautiful community with incredible management! Briar and Jon were the ones who primarily helped us and their customer service is exceptional. The maintenance team responds to requests very quickly. We love our new home!
