All-Spec Home Inspection

Received a thorough inspection, any and all deficiencies were reported and explained. Report was issued promptly. I would definitely use Joe again.

Joe is fantastic and was so helpful during our home inspection! He not only took his time looking at the property but made sure to point out key details to us as we walked through. As buyers, we felt very informed at the end of the day. Then, he quickly turned around a detailed report for us.

On the day of the Home Inspection, I paid for before we started the inspection, we spent a lot of time going through the home and discussed many of the defects of the home I was under contract to buy. Unfortunately, the majority of the defects we discussed were not written up in the report. My feeling was that most of the resulting written report was boiler plate writings and thus omitted what we discussed. When I talked to the owner/inspector about these omissions his reply was he couldn't put in the report all the issues we discussed. If all home inspectors worked like this I wouldn't waste the time or money on a home inspection.

Joe allowed us to walk through the home with him and pointed out all the defects, while explaining to us the severity and suggesting how to remediate each one. He was friendly, professional, and efficient.
