Don't do it, but if you have to, get everything in writing. Do not call about any problems, as they will tell you that they didn't know about them. Send letters/e-mails, and save every one of them. I am not convinced at this point that anyone that has come to my house has been certified in what they were sent for. Seems like a buddy, buddy system. They say they care, but don't believe. And NO WAY do they understand what you are going through, I don't care what they say. Horrible. If there was zero stars, that's what I would pick.
