Jessie Horhay was such a delight to work with. Not only was she efficient and fast, but she also ensured that all my needs were met. WOW --- I did not think it would be as easy as it was, but it was a breeze thanks to Jessie!

Their Listing Agreement changes almost every year!! They make members use a different listing form every now and then! I had compared the older versions with the newer versions. What they do is just to change a word or two to a different line! Whenever we forget to use their most updated form, you are asked to refill in everything in their new forms and have the owners to re-sign! This is the most ridiculous thing!! Obviously staff have nothing to do but to find ways to create work and more work for members!!

Jessie is amazing. I emailed her a question and she responded in ten minutes. Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

I use a few other MLS services, and CJMLS is def not my favorite. Not user friendly, especially on the phone, and they fine you for absolutely everything and anything.
