We rented a townhome from All County Southern Shores Property Management. They are without a doubt one of the best you will find! Lisa and Brian were great to work with, and Chester was unbelievable taking care of all of our maintenance needs, which were minimal. The Team is professional, and their on-line portal is very well constructed and implemented, but it is the Team that makes them special!

All county southern shores property are a wonderful place to rent from. I am truly grateful for Lisa and all the staff. They are fast with the repairs, understanding when life just happens and just a positive company to rent from. Thank you all county southern shores for always being great!

Dawn is a horrible Agent. If you care about your property, dont rent through her because she doesnt care. She’s a secretary who hates doing anything not in her job description. And if she feels like youre calling/texting “too much” she will block you. Rented my house for a year and when it came time to move back in and get our keys, keycards cracked right down the middle, blinds are broken. Trying to get her to help resolve these issues, she played the “lady in distress” or KAREN activity, sayin dont call her anymore. DAWN, thank tou for your service, you deserve a medal of honor.

Don't rent from DAWN she discriminates against you without meeting you or running an application. I dealt with her a month ago on a house and told her our scores and explained it's from job issues during covid and she seemed good with my explanation. But too busy getting her hair done to show it to me so I had to get a realtor to show it to me. Now I found another one I wanted to see and now she wont show it to us. She discriminates and I should file a claim on her. Definitely shows a her bad NY attitude. I told her my daughter is a 616 score and she had a $54 collection bill that paying off to jump her up. Didn't matter, wouldn't show us the house. First house she started to do small thing. I honestly don't think this lady likes to work. Asking to see a place she seems to search for reaso

Working with this company as our property managers has been such a delight. Their experience truly shows & they work very hard to ensure that tenants are being placed in clean & quality homes while also ensuring that owners feel that the property is being respected and looked after.
