I have worked with a few different property managers in the Boulder area over the years, and to be frank, the experience was often challenging and frustrating. Dealing with slow responses, unaddressed maintenance issues, and long vacancies was unfortunately common. However, since switching to All County Property Management of Boulder, my experience has been completely different. They are exceptionally attentive and responsive to both my needs as an owner and the needs of the tenants. Communication is prompt, clear, and professional, which is a huge relief. Most importantly, they have been highly successful in finding me qualified renters quickly, minimizing my vacancy periods and maximizing my rental income. Be VERY careful renting through this property management company. And do not trust many of the reviews left here as I doubt they are legitimate reviews (left by "people" as the only review they have ever posted as well as many saying similar things - all to hide all of the 1 star reviews). I recommend reading through the negative reviews as you will see there are some common themes. Our experience was beyond UNACCEPTABLE. We were charged over $2k from our deposit upon leaving our house much cleaner than when we received it. We were also charged for things that were marked on our checklist upon moving in. When we moved into the house, the carpet was disgusting, yet they charged the previous tenants $1,400 to clean it and then charged us $1100 to clean that same disgusting carpet. $75

Sun Im is a very helpful property manager and All County has been great. I currently rent a house from them and have been happy. They accommodated me moving in a day early, have been responsive on repairs and understanding on payment issues. Sun specifically has been great!
