Terrible experience!!!. I was traumatized during my rental timeframe. I had snakes entering my premises, molds in the building, constant septic issues with a shared septic system. They do not mention in the lease that this is shared with the tenant on the other side of the duplex.Office persons are rude and are only working in favor of the landlord. They will blame and charge you for issues you know nothing about. I had to call Code Enforcement who found multiple violations. I would give zero stars if I could. They will find every means to keep your security deposit, while building is old and needs to be updated, as seen the pictures, outdated flooring and cabinetry. I dare them to say otherwise on my post, then maybe I will post the findings from Code Enforcement here. All this for over $

We had been looking for an affordable place to live as the apartment we were living had increase the rent to almost $2000/month for a small 2 bedroom unit. In this time of rising prices we were having issues of no money for food and gas as my husband is looking for work. One afternoon I was reading an article that mentioned All County Property Management and it changed our life for the better. We found a great new place literally around the corner only 1 mile away. We found the property on the 7th of the month and we are moving on the 14th. All County polk has been great through this time they. They worked so hard to get us approved quickly They are Awesome!!! They even provided a service to help get the utilities transfered to our new place. May God bless this outstanding group of

The absolute worst company. The home’s circuit breaker blew in the middle of my workday, leaving me without power, and I had to call 11 times before anyone finally called me back. During that same call, I also explained that the house came with no trash can. I was told someone would call me back about it, but of course that never happened. Now I’m being told I need to call the city and pay for a trash can myself for a home that I do not own. The house should have come with one, and it didn’t. I have called multiple people, left several voicemails, and still have not received a return call. It has been three weeks. When I choose not to renew my lease, it won’t be because of the home itself. It will be because this company is extremely unresponsive, unprofessional, and lacks basic communica

I’ve really enjoyed living at 1000 Roses The community is always clean and well-maintained, and the management team is professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and the staff genuinely care about residents’ comfort. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially love the back patio Parking is easy, and the neighbors are respectful and friendly. Overall, 1000 Roses feels safe, comfortable, and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to live!

I rented with ACP for 4 years before the opportunity arose for me to buy my first house. In those 4 years I never had a complaint. The application process was simple. Getting a key and moving in was simple. ACP has streamlined the process so much, I honestly don’t think there is a simpler way to rent. The owner of the property cared about his property so everyone from ACP to the owner was quick to respond and resolve. ACP has the best staff members of any organization I have rented from. I spent about 20 years of my life in a rental, until ACP I never stayed in one longer than 2 years. It was also the first rental I ever stayed in that gave me my security deposit back. If I could give them a 10 star review I would!!!
