I was recommended this company and the inspector named Alberto by the same community we are moving into. I wrote to them asking for an inspection the next day since we had a short due diligence period. Gayla was very diligent!!!! I was quoted a time first time in the morning. Everything went smoothly, and we also got a FREE termite inspection. The repair cost estimates were very professional. We received the inspection report, which was very detailed. Since this is our first home, we had some questions, and Alberto was able to explain everything in Spanish, which we appreciated A LOOOOT. I will definitely use this company again for further tests in our new home! Thank you for everything!!!!!

Poor communication, misleading services, and unthorough inspection. Had follow ups with other inspectors from a different provider that basically told us that Amerispec did not check the correct things and missed others. Inspector also left insulation on the floor after an attic inspection and did not clean up the mess. Do NOT recommend. Inspection companies have hugely variable inspector quality, so it'd be better to find a local inspector where you know what you're getting.

Great Company. My clients were very impressed with the quality of work the inspector did. He was very thorough. Amerispec did not scare my clients off but Educated them on the items in need of repair and when they should expect to have to repair or replace them. Reports were easy to read and understand yet very informative! Well done!!!
