All Access Property Management

I’m giving 2 stars for them renting to me during a time when I wanted it the most however that does not warrant renting out homes that are clearly not ready. This property is no where near low-income but the conditions are. They (M. Guy) will try their best to go the cheapest route possible regarding repairs. After roughly 4 visits, the leaking and backed up dishwasher was finally somewhat contained but only to lead to other issues. Mostly everything in the property is old and falling apart. When I initially viewed the home I agreed to paint in order to get in but when I obtained the keys she did a fake walkthrough and notated spots on the carpet which I hadn’t seen before and that was it (the carpet is old but that’s my fault for even accepting it). Rented from this property management for a year. The property management director was 3 hours late to deliver the keys to the house the first day of move in. They misquoted the lease and sent me a Notice that said I was failing to maintain the flower beds, but there are no flower beds lol. This was done to get out of maintaining the lawn, which we shared equal responsibility. Maintenance requests took at least a couple of weeks, sometimes a couple months. The property I actually had no real problems with, Dylan the front end guy is cool but the senior management is far from professional. Currently waiting on them again, an hour past appointment, to turn in my keys and be done with it...

I love my home and the lady Nadia was so nice when I came to look at my townhome. They are very responsive and will solve any issues quickly and professionally. They are very nice and are good landlords and I appreciate them. I have been living in my home for about 9 months and they have kept in contact with me and followed up about any issues that have been risen. All Access Property Management is a very good company to rent from.

Worst property company I have ever rented from. They blatantly ignore phone calls/emails/service requests, are horribly mismanaged, late to appointments, and violated THEIR OWN LEASE time and time again. They also incorrectly estimated water bills split between my unit and another (2 units, 1 city meter) because they did not know how to read the lease required flow meter that they themselves installed. We moved into a filthy house (cockroaches, full trashcans, opened paint gallons) and found out a couple months in that all the smoke alarms had been expired since 2007!!! I have too many horror stories to go into every detail but all I can hope is that someone who is thinking of renting from these people reads my review and thinks twice. No matter how much you love the property I promise you

This was the worst renting experience of my life. They purposefully violated our lease, resulting in stealing money from our deposit for utilities used by a connecting property. The house was dirty when we moved in, leaving a trash bin full, cockroaches everywhere, and just general dirt all around the house. They were very unprofessional, sometimes blatantly ignoring our messages, while other times never following through with service requests. WE MOVED INTO A HOUSE WITH SMOKE DETECTORS EXPIRED BY MORE THAN 14 YEARS (which is highly illegal), and it still took them weeks to fix, even though the detectors would alarm randomly in the middle of the night. This is just the beginning...overall, All Access made renting a miserable experience.
