Living at these apartments has been the worst decision of my life. It was promising that they were newly built and in a somewhat decent location but after just a few weeks and months of living here, I wish i never came to begin with. Management says one thing but doesn’t follow up to do what they said they will. The trash problem here is an ABSOLUTE problem . Residents leave their trash out attracting rodents to our back doors. Last time I talked to management about the issue they followed their policy of charging the tenant for leaving trash out but DID NOT follow through with coming to hose down the area that the animals had gotten into the trash at, leaving nasty residue (which would clearly continue to attract animals). I would strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to think twice. There have been ongoing issues with cars being broken into and packages being stolen, and unfortunately, management has done very little to address these safety concerns. What is most frustrating is that management seems far more focused on enforcing minor rules, such as monitoring what residents have on their balconies, rather than prioritizing the safety and security of the people who live here. Many residents do not feel comfortable leaving packages or even parking their cars on the property anymore. Dear friends and anyone considering renting these apartments, Please be very careful with your decision. My friends and I made the mistake of moving in here, and it has been impossible to live peacefully. At night there is extremely loud music, banging, and constant noise, like a nightclub inside the building. People cannot sleep, and nothing is being controlled either at night or during the day. I have been living here for several months, and I deeply regret this choice. I contacted the leasing office multiple times, but they ignored my complaints. I even reached out to the main office, and although they promised to take action, nothing was ever done. Towed my car while I was on active military orders and DIDN’T notify me. No warning. No notification about what the problem was. Had to call one of their sister complexes just to figure out it wasn’t just stolen because the office here is open 2 days per week while the complex fends for itself. Now coming off a government shutdown I have to pay $230 dollars to get my car out. More money for each day it was in there when I was out of state. Thanks Alkire!
