I moved out early due to personal issues and was told I had to find someone to sublease my apartment or I was responsible for the rent. I found someone it took a very long time for them to get all the information settled and I had to go to the office because they did not answer the phone. I chose the option to have her take over the lease instead of just make payments because I did not want to be responsible had she not paid. I had to pay $500 plus an extra move out fee. I was told after that I was good to go. Now I am being charged with a $500 installment which makes NO SENSE, they tried to say I would be charged unless they had to cover a loss of me moving out. If I could leave 0 stars I would. It wasn’t bad moving in alight at first until we started having problems with pest and etc and when we asked them to do something they did nothing and they changed management every 2 weeks and nobody could help anybody :) & then when we moved out they hit us with $200 utilities bill and we over paid just for them to tell us to pay again and anyone else that’s resigning gets to skip the month of August and SEPETMEBR because they don’t set it up & THEN HIT us will $165 cleanin fee and etc when I SENT pictures and etc of EXACTLY how the bathroom & everything looked before I got there :) would no recommend to anyone and then expect me to pay for things that I got when I came there. Here’s a list of reasons why you shouldn’t stay here and if you are staying here good luck: **I’ve lived here since August of 2021 and things have progressively gotten worse over time. It was a nice place, but not anymore** - Alight west Tenn is the new Seminole Grand (if you know, you know) - You can tell that the furniture in the units are either cheap or have been used repeatedly. I guess that’s what comes with living in student off campus housing. - This complex is not safe. There’s no security cameras within the community. The front gate always breaks so anyone can roam around the apartments. Also, the security people that work overnight barely do their job - Shootings (I kid you not) - Roach infested - Gnat infested - Flea infestation (this was partly because of the irresponsible r

Man, the management here is absolutely terrible. It’s honestly unbelievable how unresponsive they are. And on top of that, the German roaches problem is out of control. I’ve cleaned, I’ve emailed, I’ve talked to them, and nothing’s been done. It’s just frustrating and really disappointing. Honestly, don’t you ever live here; don’t you ever come to this apartment. if I could, I would do a negative review

Don’t move here. They change utility companies every few months then make us pay over $200. The people who work in the front office are rude and barely answer the phone. There is no sense of urgency unless you’re a day late on your payment. I feel helpless living here while they drain my pockets. Overall, they only care about your payments if something breaks you’ll have to deal with it until they feel like fixing it.
