You won't believe this—I went through a four-month period, from evicting a nightmare tenant to selling my house, and I never met my realtor, Alifonso, in person! Is that crazy or what? I don't live in Merced, CA, where the house is, and my tenant hadn't paid rent since April. She just disappeared, not answering any of my emails or texts.
