Elizabeth is the reason I came back! She helped me rent my very first apartment in 2022, and after moving out for a year, I ended up returning in 2024 because of her incredible service. She made getting my second apartment here just as smooth and stress-free. I even referred someone and specifically told him to ask for Elizabeth because I knew she’d take great care of him. Any time I had an issue—whether it was a light, an AC filter, anything—Miss Elizabeth was always on top of it. Maintenance would handle everything the same day thanks to her quick action. She truly goes above and beyond for her residents. Highly recommended!

Letting everyone know that management sucks and is very bad even the rent is very high do not recommend this apartment at all because you also have to pay extra parking you have to your other cars more than ounce even if it has the sticker

First and foremost, I have never met a leasing agent so helpful and so polite like ELIZABETH. She seriously gives it her all to provide good customer service, and as well resolve any issue you may encounter with your apartment. She is the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars. I will miss her tremendously! Now moving on to the issues with this complex: -Roaches...so many roaches...they do provide pest control but I believe the property is so old that you'd have to tear down the walls to get rid of them. - Parking is a huge issue, if you do not find parking avoid parking anywhere where your car shouldn't be because the tow truck routinely drives around. -The mail center should definitely be fixed, thankfully my unit's mailbox is not torn open, but there are some slots that have no cover. - No w

My lease is up and Im moving closer to work but I have to say if your looking for something affordable its a nice quite place to live, my neighbors were awesome and all stayed the same through out the entire time I was living here, with my busy schedule I almost feel like they looked out for me. I never saw a roach in my apartment and never had an issue with the office staff always nice and professional. You have to weigh out your options with your budget, yeah parking can be tough but that is going to be anywhere and everywhere when budget is a priority, its our own responsibility to keep informed of the parking policies and rules to avoid being towed anywhere we go.
