Alicia Apartments

Have had hot water issues for over a year, they have been out four times to try and fix it and said they won't because it's because of janky electrical installations. Have also had to complain to the property manager many times about loud neighbors and in over one years time and multiple phone calls over this, all she did was send out a single email, which has done nothing to mitigate the noise. Julie will tell you she is doing everything she can, but it's all just words...this place is garbage because of the person in charge of it.
