Alice did a great job helping me determine what needed painted and repaired in my house, when I decided I wanted to sell it. Then she helped me stage my house before we put it on the market. She had interior pictures taken, to put on the multiple listing, and also had a drone video made of the interior and exterior of the house and the neighborhood surrounding the house. I think the video, in conjunction with the staging, made all the difference in the world, when it came to selling it. The first person that came to see the house bought it. I got a full price offer. Alice is a phenomenal real estate agent. She was always available to look at houses, was in constant contact with listings that might interest us, and seemingly knew everyone in the process, from the builder to the selling agent to the closing attorney, and even helped us find several lenders to work with. She has a very keen eye when visiting properties, always pointing out positives and negatives, things I would never notice or even think about. Additionally, she is always so pleasant. She is happy to answer any question and always has the right answer. I cannot recommend Alice highly enough.
