Alicante Apartments

Living here is like living in hell. They change managers like they change underwear and some tenants have no regard for the rest of the people who live there. If you want your car to be damaged on a daily basis and you want to live in an apartment where you can hear your upstairs tenants walk, fart, take showers this is the place to live. They are poorly built and to fix any issue can take up to months. I recommend people to stay away from these apartments.

They never fix anything and will make you pay thousands of dollars to "fix" things. That is besides the rent that gets up to 1k a month. It's crazy and I would not recomnd. But if you're fine with that the Apartment layout is good! There is 2 restrooms and you could get 3 or 4 bedrooms. It's a big space and if you're bothered by kids running around you shouldn't live on the bottom floor. But don't expect them to fix anything if it's not an "emergency". What they consider an emergency is a fire or flood.

Ya no es bueno vivir aqui. Se mudo mucha gente nueva de centro america y valgame que escandalo hacen. Uno trabaja durante el dia y estas personas con musica o gritando en la calle de noche.
