I recently purchased a property that was listed by Nick, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst real estate experiences I’ve had. From the start, it was clear that his priority was closing the sale at any cost, even if it meant hiding major issues with the property. Days before the closing, we discovered a flood that had occurred in the property, which Nick never disclosed. Instead of addressing the issue honestly, he suggested covering it up by painting over the affected walls and pretending it never happened. We only found out about this when we hired a professional and paid for the services out of our own pocket. Even after the closing, no one apologized for lying about the details of the flood. A true test of an agents is not when everything is going to well… it’s when things don’t. (Which more often than not is the case) We had multiple challenges which could have ended the sale. Jaime Scheaffer with Aliano Real Estate is one of THE HARDEST WORKERS I have come in contact with throughout life! Not only is she reliable and dedicated but she truly loves what she does and shows enthusiasm, great energy, positive vibes and professionalism throughout all my encounters with her!
