Algon Gardens

My family recently moved into Algon Gardens Apartments, December 2025. The leasing managers, Shonda and Candy, are both personable, professional and have honored everything advertised on the website. Our housing requirements were taken into consideration right away. The approval process was clear, reasonable and FAST. & on top of that, they also helped me secure a great move-in deal right before the holidays! The apartment complex is within walking distance to stores, schools and public transportation. & even with that, the noise outside is minimal. Our apartment itself is clean, cozy, and quiet. I’m glad I checked the place out for myself. I ended up getting a great deal and crossing paths with genuinely good people.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been living at Algon Gardens for the past four years, and honestly… no major complaints here! Plenty of shouts out to some truly remarkable staff and the maintenance crew (y’all are the real MVPs), but the major shoutout goes to Shanda and Rick — top tier every time I’ve called. Professional, timely, and just chef’s kiss worthy. Also, a huge thank you to the maintenance guy I often see — I think his name is Jose? Either way, he wears glasses and is always on point. Your work does not go unnoticed, and the community appreciates all that you do! Even when answers can’t be given right away, the follow-up reassures you that you’re not being ghosted — highly appreciated in today’s world. I moved in here on December 29, 2022. There was nothing taken care of like my daughter and I discussed with Kim, the property manager, to me and my daughter. There are no cleaning crews here like Kim said would do the heavy cleaning still needed here. I was heavy cleaning the place because the beautiful new appliances were not taken care of or really nothing is. maintenance has never seen through a job here in the apartment at all. WHY? There are several maintenance workers, but I never see any of them working. What’s wrong with this picture!! here?? The washer has been broken since I moved in and no one is doing anything or keeping any of us updated on issues here. is following up on it. I would like to know. I have several issues going on and all will become asap if not done soon! SMH

I will soon be moving into Algon Gardens in a few weeks & I must say Shonda & Charles has been A1 which says a lot about them both they answered any questions that I had without hesitation and made the process easy thank u both

Please run far away as possible from this property when looking for an apartment to rent. Before moving in we were greeted with rude and unprofessional emails from Amber because we wanted clarity on moving procedures and timelines. We were told that certain things would be in place regarding updates to the unit, a timeline to move in and overall fees which were untrue. When we pointed out the discrepancies we were told more than once to find another place to live. We received our welcome letter 2 days before we were scheduled to move in. After confronting Amber about the miscommunication and unprofessional behaviors we were told that she should have not went through with our application as they were under staff.
