This was my first time buying a home and Alfredo provided me with a lot of comfort, safety, and security. Which is exactly what a first time homebuyer needs! I was about lock a loan with another (recommended) broker and had a friend recommend I reach out to my local Credit Union and I’m so glad I did. Not only did I get better loan terms but Alfredo was a true pleasure to work with. He jumped right in as my offer was accepted and caught me up quickly in the process. He was a great communicator and clear with issues around the process/timing and what was needed from me at any given time. Also just an easy-going, calm and enjoyable person to talk to. 10/10 would recommend and will use him for any re-financing incoming the future.

Alfredo was very helpful when we fist saw him he told us what we needed to work on to be able to get approved for a loan and our goal as well what mortgage payment we wanted to stay on and he was able to give us couple example of the amount of the house so we knew what amount we had to stay on to be able to stay at the monthly mortgage. When we started to look as some home and we wanted to put offer on it he was available every time for us and was able to send us the paperwork all the time when we needed it. I honestly was very happy with the process because it was so easy going with us. Thank to him we were able to buy a house this year and I couldn’t been more happier. I would definitely recommend him to anybody I know. It’s a lot of work but we worked like a team.
