If you like roaches, then you’ll love it here. I’ve seen many roach infestations in my lifetime, and this apartment complex is easily the most repulsive, worst infestation i’ve ever seen in my entire life. I’m not exaggerating at all when I say there are hundreds. No matter how much you clean, keep food stored away, and keep it dry, there are 50-100 roaches in the kitchen. There were 6 cockroaches on 1 single wall in the bedroom at the SAME time. They crawl on you in your sleep, they get in your food, they even get into your car in the PARKING LOT. they’re in every single room. It is repulsive, and they do nothing about this. Don’t live here unless you desperately need somewhere to live even then you probably could afford a house with how much rent a month they want, most of the time all the parking is taken up by people who don’t live there, Maintenance will welcome themselves in without a phone call or a knock and most of the time when you ask questions or talk to them they are very condescending. Overall a bad living experience and definitely nothing “Luxury” about these apartments.

Though cozy this place is horrible the smoke detector goes off in the middle of the night even though there wasn’t any smoke or fire. Water leaks from the ceiling in fact we found roaches in every room in the apartment including ants we put a smoker to kill the bugs but never did anything and pest control comes to but had no effect. Its also very noisy we hear music from the next complex and from the neighbors. Don’t buy or rent this place also this place had a chain lock which didn’t have the chain. I hoped this review helped anyone planning to buy or rent this place.

They don’t have a rental office…poorly managed, property literally falling apart, pipes ALWAYS clogged..you can literally feel the pipes knocking through the walls! They never fix anything when you call, but they find time to cut grass everyday..yea because that makes sense!

This apartment complex is a joke. I have lived here for over 2 years and have had so many problems in my apartment. The air has been broken atleast 5 times, the pipes under my sink keep going undone and flooding my kitchen and ruining everything under my cabinets. I don’t have an emergency number to call because they never gave us one, the property manager doesn’t answer her cellphone. When I call the office they say they will put in a “maintenance request” but that takes atleast two days. I am fed up. On top of all of that, every single apartment here has a ton of roaches. My husband and I are very neat and clean people, but they blame us for them and say that we “had to have brought them in”. They are supposed to have pest control come out once a month and spray but it doesn’t do
