I love it here! Shockingly quiet! Lori is absolutely amazing! And the residents? Well, many have become family. Maintenance is on the ball!

Norman is one of the best on their team! Out of all the complexs I've in, this is the first time I felt like they actually cared about the tenants and the property. He's always available anytime I needed a repair and does it efficiently.

Last summer ( 2024 ) Norman came over to add freon to my AC ; he checked a few other things after he finished it worked great , until this summer ( 2025 ) AC worked better than new . I kept a log on electricity bill this summer. I no longer set my thermostat at 75' I now keep it at 79' we save on average a $100 to $175 dollars a month.
