This place will make you sick in more than one way. You will never get your security deposit back even if you give proper notice. Things don't get fixed properly if at all. The most recent comments are all 100% ture. Rhonda is rude and not trustworthy. Best wishes to anyone who moves there.

Where do I begin… If you are planning to rent a townhouse this is the last place in Sarnia you should choose. The property manager (Rhonda) is very unpleasant and unprofessional, she wont tell you this but in a Co-Op like this one you are not protected under tenant rights so they can enforce unfair, unjust renting conditions and you cannot legally do anything about it (I even spoke to a lawyer). The unit I was renting was NOT up to code, the stairs were separating from the wall, electrical problems, plumbing problems… Oh! And make sure your guests don’t stay overnight or else the property manager will automatically assume they moved in. The people that live in the units with their backyards facing the wooden fence/Faethorne residences backyards are loud & have no care for keeping the peace amongst their neighbors. These units should not be allowed to have dogs. There's very little space for them, inside & outside. The people that live there also like to keep their dogs outside all day, everyday; 24/7. Also a pretty sketchy co-op as well. Loud neighbors & garbage scattered across everywhere. 100% would recommend living someplace else.

I never lived here personally, but i simply called to ask about availability and was basically hung up on. I was extremely kind but regardless, in an irriatated voice “rhonda” said “i have non available and i have an extremely long waiting list” before i could even reply she said bye and hung up. I personally dont want to live somewhere with that amount of disrespect anyway. Very odd. Regardless, we would have been willing to wait but we didnt get that far and i would rather not😂 good luck to the reat of you. I’ll probably find somewhere in a better neighbourhood anyway.
