1st I am writing from a secondary account because this building will retaliate again residents. 2nd- I just moved in over 1 month ago and I fully regret it. The leasing staff - Ms. Gordon is very professional. I understand that she use to work the front desk so she knows how's to be professional in the leasing roll. The other skinny young lady, with braces does absolutely nothing. Very unprofessional. I have witnessed her cussing on her phone a number of time during business hours as if she is not at work. She never greets when going into the open leasing area. Front desk staff - where do I begin? Not to judge but again very unprofessional looking and acting. One in particular that works during the day with gold and black weave is very very rude. To the point you don't even want to ask

I love the concierge Domonique and ms Cassandra they’re both very helpful and goes above and beyond their duties. Ms Cassandra always speaks to everyone coming in or out of the building. Domonique will make sure every need is met before she leaves her shift. They’re both such great workers. Thanks to the both of them

I have been at Alexander House for about 10 months now. Since I have been here, I have to constantly put up with the constant noise of construction. Sometimes it wakes me up at 6am (DST) or 7am (EST) 5 days a week. If I had known I wasn't going to have any peace, I wouldn't have moved here. On top of that, I had a package delivered, left at the front desk and somehow it just disappeared. This is unacceptable 😤 to me. As soon as my lease is up, I'm out of here. I'm very disappointed!

15 years ago, I would have said wonderful things about this place. Here we are, 2025, and I have to say ouch, because my current experience with this property is painful. In my over four decades on earth, never have I paid to be disrespected by anyone for what I would call bad services from the property management. How do you manage to pay your rent on time every time, yet still receive an eviction notice pasted on your door? Management's response is typically an "oops" and no apology for their apparent fault. Oh, I forgot their favorite intimidation line: "We may be pursuing legal action if need be." The management company, Pratum, leaves much to be desired and to call the management team on the property incompetent is being kind. Three words: Inept, Rude, and Dishonest. There is a blatant disregard for the residents' concerns and safety extending from the team on the property right to the top management at Pratum. The front door to this building—located in downtown Silver Spring— was broken for over a month. For most of this time, the door was wide open all day and night. Anyone could access the building at any time, whether they were a resident or not. When I complained about this to the property manager, she said it was not a safety issue.
