Alexander Crossing

This review is long over due! Alexander Crossing is a great place to live with standout amenities. The pool is always well maintained, the game room is a fun bonus, and the gym is well fitted with everything you need for solid workouts. I lived at Alexander Crossing from January 2023 through November 2025, and throughout that entire time the experience was consistently positive. The location is another major plus — it’s right on the water and conveniently close to the MTA Metro-North, making commuting easy while still enjoying a scenic, peaceful setting. What truly sets this building apart is the maintenance team. Dimitri (Sorry if I misspelled that) and the entire maintenance crew are the backbone of this community. We toured Alexander Crossing and were very excited and happy to see the apartment. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the layout felt comfortable. Skyler was great friendly, helpful, and made the tour enjoyable. We are looking forward to the next step in our application process..

I’ve been here six months and love it so far! The staff are great - super attentive and responsive. The grounds and building are beautifully kept and well-maintained. The staff are always hosting events for residents with catered food and fun activities. The building feels very safe and they have a great system for packages. The amenities are top notch (amazing gym, pool, game room, etc). Folks who live here are really nice and everyone says hi to each other. So glad I signed a two year lease and really happy I moved here!

I have been living here for more than a year and I had been waiting to write my review. Here is my complete honest review about Alexander Crossing. Leasing Process: + the tour was nice, the leasing assistant (not here anymore) was nice and overall administrative process was good, it didn't take long and had support along the way by the team. - I wish I had been shown more apartment options or had done more research because I later found better layouts and orientation, so make sure to know what you want so you can specifically ask for it. Moving in: + Easy to schedule a move in date and time, you get an elevator blocked for your use. - Not really any cons. Apartment and experience in home: + The design is beautiful, modern, love the big windows (which block out the sound from outside),

I want to take this moment to thank Mel, Abdul & Kayla for their incredible service in assuring we had a home waiting for us, In May of 2024 we started our search for our new home, I called Alexander Crossings not knowing that our dream home was waiting for us. They were able to get the apartment ready for move-in, way before the actual move-in date; mind you we’re the first tenants to ever live in this apartment. The view of the Hudson River is breathtaking; the amenities in the facility are incredible!!! This is literally a dream home. Thank you for making this possible.
