Alexander at 1090 Apartments

Since I can seem to get in contact with anyone guess I'll just write it here. I recently received a email from a Marcella Lopez (im guessing the new property manager) accusing me of supposedly "abandoning" my apartment though I have been paying my rent EVERY MONTH!!!! And threatened to change my locks and dispose of my property if i did not write her back, Mind you she sent this from a "noreply" email !!! Now I have called the office over 10 times to figure out what's going on in which they just kept hanging up in my face and the 2 times she did answer only to tell me she'd call back in 3 mins (Never did) when they could have just simply answered the question while i was already on the phone. If i can say ANYTHING don't move here!!! From the beginning when i was waiting on the status of my application i hadnt heard anything until 6/16 until i went into office. My application was submitted on 5/27 Jennifer was GREAT! took me off the waiting list, helped me with the 2nd part of the application but once they brought the new manager in everything went down hill. IVE been in property management for 10 years and the way this property is just so disgusting and not kept up with is INSANE! I had a move in date and it kept getting pushed back like i didn't have an apartment i needed to move out of! I only decided to lease here because Debbie Anderson is an amazing lady. She treated me with kindness and respect. Her personality and customer service is top tier!! The unit is nice however the grounds are unappealing at times.

I have been eagerly awaiting answers since May, and the prolonged uncertainty has been quite frustrating. When I initially inquired about my application, I was informed that there were no available units at that time. However, it has come to my attention that a friend of mine was able to move into her unit within a month of her application submission. This inconsistency raises significant concerns for me. I love living here because of Mrs.Theresa is the best. She has helped me from the time I moved in. I hope she stays here with Alexander at 1090. She cared about the community. She was really involved with us and making sure our homes & environment is the best. She tried her hardest even with lack of support from corporate. Mrs.Theresa isn’t present in the office anymore. They have no maintenance team at all. I’m Basically paying rent EARLY just to have a roof over my head but none of the stuff I pay for every month including maintenance. They allow the neighborhood to be trashed. Roaches in my apartment from a mother apartment and the current lady in the office doesn’t seem to care or feel a need of urgency. Smh!
