I toured the building with Samantha and she really took the time to show us all the available options and amenities the building has to offer. Elly assisted us the the approval process which was extremely quick and also made sure everything was picture perfect at the time of move-in. The team at Alexan Roxy Coral Gables is simply the best. I had to move on very short notice, and while other buildings made the process difficult, The Roxy team went above and beyond to help me meet my move-in goals in less than 24 hours. I can’t thank Samantha enough. She was excellent, alongside Mario and Theo. Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Having lived in a couple of buildings now, I know how important the on-site team is to truly enjoying where you live. It makes all the difference. I’m really looking forward to calling The Roxy home. And yes… their phone actually works.

I've lived in the area for several years and was excited to see this project finally open it's doors. I did a walk through of several 2 bedroom units and was very impressed by the finishes and thought put into the spaces. The building amenities are beautiful and well planned, but with as impressive as the building was, the highlight was the community manager Elly. She took the time to understand what my family and I were looking for in a living space and curated the entire experience to our needs and interests. The customer service was exceptional and the building beautiful, I suspect this will quickly become a thriving community in the heart of Coral Gables.
