Alexan Julian Luxury Apartments

My company performed some repair work at Alexan Julian this past week. It is very clear from the communication, and attitude throughout the process that this management and the maintenance staff take resident satisfaction seriously. I was both impressed and honored to serve a community of this quality. Shoutout Justin in Maintenance, you set an example others should strive to achieve.

I recently toured Alexan Julian Apartments and could not be more impressed with the beautiful building, cleanliness and great staff. I would like to give a shout out to Bobby Rivera. Bobby provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable of the property and neighborhood and was positive, patient, honest and answered all of my questions. If your looking for a new home here, I would highly recommend Bobby Rivera.

WOW!!! I submitted multiple work orders all at once, thinking it would take a month or so to fix. Well Anthony in Maintenance was here the next business day to fix a cabinet hanging from its hinges, a washer that began to smell, the facia of the dishwasher and the kitchen fan. As an added bonus I asked about the light bulbs in the bedroom and he was able to come switch them out and carried on with his day. Great work as you can see in the photos and all took less than an hour. Quality, dependable and exceeded my expectations.

We couldn't be happier with Anthony and Bobby at Alexan! They are a fantastic team and the heart of our community. Their commitment to top-notch property maintenance is matched only by their incredible customer service. They make every interaction a pleasure and are always ready to help with a positive attitude. I recently lived at the Alexan Julian and I am thrilled with my experience there. The friendly and responsive office staff, Anita Rodriguez and Myndi Ayotte, made my stay comfortable and stress-free. They were ALWAYS friendly and nice each time i walked out or reentered after walking my dog. The building regularly hosts events and happy hours to bring residents together, which is especially helpful for those who are new to the area. The amenities, such as the rooftop heated pool, hot tub, and gym room, are impeccably maintained by the professional cleaning and maintenance staff. I was so happy with my stay that I extended my lease twice just to enjoy the beautiful views, welcoming community, and top-notch amenities for a bit longer.
