The apartments were definitely luxury and modern also let’s not forget the Amazing staff, the staff member we had was Kihana! She took the time to really get to know us and see if we would be a great fit for this community. She also shared that they have events for the community during holidays. Which I thought was amazing! #soontoberesident
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. My partner and I toured this community and absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful, brand new, and we were genuinely excited to make it our home. The leasing process started off great — MacKenzie was responsive, helpful, and we were quickly approved. Unfortunately, communication changed drastically after approval. We repeatedly reached out to schedule a time to view our specific unit once it was ready. While we initially received a few responses, our final attempt to schedule a viewing was completely ignored. We were then ghosted for over a month. When we finally heard back, we were told the office had been “particularly busy,” and that a voicemail had been left — but we triple-checked and never
Beautiful community! Ki was very attentive and helpful with all my questions. Love how open and spacious the units are. Amazing floor plans, beautiful appliances and very clean. Had great experience.
Chelmsford needed a community like this. It is absolutely stunning! Love the Islands, counter tops and space. Everything was very modern and elegant. Lots of closet space. Super dog friendly with lots of doggie areas. Love it!!!! Ki was energetic and informative. They really have it all! Huge community too.
Kihana was friendly and professional, making touring and leasing an apartment easy. The property is modern and has great amenities too.
