Through her area knowledge, real estate expertise and professional marketing I was able to position my home properly in the market and received multiple offers right away. She was always professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very responsive and she works very hard to get the job done which is such a relief during what can be one of the most stressful times in a person's life. If I could give zero stars I would. I had scheduled a viewing of an apartment with Jason Cooper. The day of the viewing he asked if he could push it 30 minutes back, which I agreed to. Once I got there and was looking at the apartment he tried to speed me through looking at the place. After HE pushed the meeting back! Although Jason was horrible, I really liked the apartment (there was no broker's fee) and proceeded in putting a deposit down to hold it for me. Him and the landlord requested a 2 months deposit down. I have now been informed this is ILLEGAL in NYC. However, I was from out of state and these things always vary. In hindsight, I would've been more cautious. I signed for the apartment March 13 and lost all of my jobs March 16 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Since it was no longe
