Purchased a new construction from Aldridge and Sutherland Builders. The realtor was very nice the best ever. However I have lived in the property less than one year and the roof leaks when it rains and the bathtub in the master bathroom has a crack in the floor of the bathtub.

We had a fantastic experience working with Michael White on finding a home in Greenville. Mike went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule for showings, and always made us feel like he was part of the family. He really did have our best interests in mind during touring and closing, and was a great knowledge base for us to bounce questions off of during the whole process. We would definitely love to work with Mike again!

Our realtor Cody Rountree was the ABSOLUTE BEST! I can’t find the words to describe how incredible and simply amazing he was in helping us sell our home. He made the process super easy for us and was available to answer any and ALL questions we had. He was definitely a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him.

I have heard a few negative stories about this company, but I experienced it first hand today. I scheduled an appointment to see a rental duplex and the man, Kevin, was very rude. The duplex was small and after seeing it, I wasn’t interested in renting it anyway, but no one should be treated poorly. I’m sure my race was the main reason for his negative demeanor and condescending tone. Please take a look at the race of the people who left the positive reviews. So, be mindful of trying to rent or do business with this company.

Cody did an excellent job of not only selling our home but helping my family find our next home too. Juggling both at the same time was a difficult task but Cody diligently worked for us and was available 24/7 with any questions or concerns. He helped lead us through every process and we appreciate everything! Highly recommend working with Cody for any of your needs.
