Alderwood Park

I’ve been living at Alderwood park apartments for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience, after living in the city I can tell how quiet and safe this place is specially for families with pets like mine. The amenities are great, the pool is always clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax on warm days. The gym is also kept in great condition. One of the biggest highlights has been the maintenance team. They are quick to respond, professional and always friendly, anytime time I’ve had a minor issue, it was resolved efficiently and with care (Thanks Tyler). Overall, this is a well managed apartment complex with a strong sense of community , the whole staff is very friendly, always with a smile and great attitude! Love living here! I've been really enjoying my time here at Alderwood Park, they helped us find the floor plan we need, and move in was a breeze. When I put a work order in maintenance handled the issue with professionalism and ease. I also really love the trees around the property and the dog park on site is a huge plus!

We have lived here for a year now and have had a great experience. Kecia, the property manager, is always helpful and kind and Rick is always dependable if your apartment needs anything. The grounds are always clean and we feel safe here! Thanks for all that y'all do!

Just moved in and so far so good! John from the office was very helpful during our tour and the application process. He worked very quickly to get us approved and moved in! We’ve had a couple of minor maintenance issues already but Ricky has been great in quickly getting those fixed. He is very professional and thorough. I feel confident that if we run into any issues living here the office and maintenance will promptly respond. Impressed so far!

Hands down the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. Alderwood Apartments are disgusting and unsafe. The units have serious mold problems, caused by constant moisture and poor construction. This is not a small issue — it affects your health, and management knows about it and does nothing. Maintenance and management are lazy, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Complaints about mold and living conditions are ignored or brushed off instead of being properly fixed. And when you move out, that’s when the real scam starts. They overcharge you for everything and do not return your security deposit, no matter how clean you leave the apartment. They invent charges just to keep your money. It feels intentional and predatory. This place is overpriced, poorly managed, unhealthy, and stressful.
