Alderwood Court Senior Affordable Apartments

We just love it here. The people are kind and friendly. Our manager and staff are excellent. Always hear positive information back about our manager, Barbara. Elam Does an excellent job is our maintenance man. Thank you also Kira. There is Always something to do if you want it. This is a picture of my dog Mishka I have never seen her so happy! She has a backyard that she loves to look at people and runs around. Welcome home!!

We came to alderwood court in need of a nice place to stay. They showed us the best apartment in the house. Barbara and the staff worked with us and a month later we were in. Can't say enough about cleanliness and family style atmosphere. Very professional we love being here

Home, Seet, Home! All my expectations have been met. Fine people, lovely setting and the location, location, location. Need I say more? I'm happy to live here. The staff is superb in all manners. Open to questions, they are never off putting. Very helpful. There is a park across the street with a walking track. Good neighbors and this is a safe area.

I moved into Alderwood Court in January. Barbara and Trisha made my move in easy and seamless in so many ways. They are always helpful, taking time out their day to insure questions are answered. When there are apartment or building maintenance needs, Alem is quick to get those resolved. The community residents are welcoming and involved in many activities that happen here. I'm thrilled to be part of Alderwood Court, it truly feels like "home".

I lived here for two years, Barbara is a very nice manager and the place is very nice and peaceful and well kept. If you like being social there are some residents who keep busy with activities. The only complaint is the rent increases, to be realistic and honest this place has the best rates for a two-bedroom in the entire City. I really enjoy living here.
