Alder Terrace

I give Alder Terrace Apartments a true 5 star. I recently helped my grandson with finding a new apartment in Murfreesboro and was very surprised with Alder Terrace. Since this is an older complex, I was hoping it was going to be "OK", if you know what I mean. I went with my grandson to meet the property manager and tour the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the property manager, Saralyn couldn't have been more helpful, along with her leasing agent Rhonda. We also met Aler's dedicated maintenance person. The one bedroom we looked at was roomy, clean and updated with newer appliances. But what I was most impressed with aside from the management team is how well this property has been maintained and all the amenities, including laundry room, pool, picnic pavilion, fire pit,

Been here almost 6 years, would highly recommend to anyone really. Love the amenities, the gym and pool are awesome, pool especially in the summer time! They have a dog park and dog washing station for all you dog lovers and the garden is great of you need veggies that are in season. Love the staff they all do there jobs well and find time to meet your needs when asked! All in all I've really enjoyed my time here at alder they have activities most every month that mix things up and are fun, I really loved the annual pool party and decor contests they have. Really love this place its the best!

Since I arrived at Alder Terrace I have felt blessed to be living here. The property management staff have been very helpful and friendly since day one of the application process and continuing to date. Saralyn Ruffner and her team have been amazing! For the price of rent I cannot believe all the amenities that they provide with this community. I would recommend this community to all of my church friends and family for a place to live.

Love the community here, play area for kiddos, dog park, fire pit, pool, gym, on site laundry. For the most part other than a few loud cars it's quiet. Newly renovated apartments are a wonderful bonus. Saralyn and the staff are great they are always ready to help with anything. Very easy to make this apartment feel like Home.
