What's going on with The new Assistant Secretary, Ms Campbell, She's placing " NOTICE OF REMOVAL AND SURRENDER OF POSSESSION " ON my door...Friday rent was posted 6/20/2025. I paid my rent on Sunday 6/22/2025. Monday REMOVALletter, 6/23/2025. She says to me in person if rents paid disregard the NOTICE, I said to her why send them out? She said again this is the procedure. I live here for 10 yrs. I never heard of this. Make this make sense.

I live there for 8 years no one my water line broke Saturday Evening 😢 water coming in the bath 😢 I Had to stay up all nite water pouring in the Apartment until Monday morning they open 😀 👍 at 7AM.,they don't have no Emergency Number 😀 to 😭 call 📞 📲 for help ,It pass a year now I got Mildew in the Apartment they water the walls with Bleach

If you want to get rob that's the place to be. Guess what? you won't get rob by the outsiders but by your own community management. I don't want nobody experience what I went through with these people. Too much to explain... If by any chance, you find yourself in this place. Make sure you always keep your receipt... MOVE OUT ASAP!

For the price the units they are very reasonable and overall I always enjoyed my stay. Staff is very friendly and you get your issued handled in a reasonable time.
