Where do I start…my favorite landlord/friend of all times with my favorite office manager/friend of all times. They are responsive and listen, really listen. They match tenants to their properties to ensure everyone gets along. They welcome pets and don’t charge a pet deposit or pet rent. The maintenance guys are great as well. If I move, I will stay with Al and Tanya. You should too. You won’t regret renting from Albeck Properties.

My wife and I rented from Al for 6 years and still would be if we didn't buy a house. We lived in 2 Albeck apartments in that time and had great experiences at both. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly and professionally, mostly by Alfredo, who is awesome! Communication was always clear and timely, and we felt like we could call Al or the office at any time. Al keeps rent low, doesn't raise rent while you're renting, and never charges for pets, which helped keep our living expenses very reasonable. We've recommended Albeck Properties to all of our friends who have needed new apartments. Thank you so much for being a great landlord, friend, and part of our community, Al!

My partner and I have lived with Albeck Properties for going on two years now. Our building is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Al and Tanya are responsive to any requests and we have never had any issues! I recommend them to anyone I come across who mentions they are looking for an apartment. In a time of corporate landlords Al and Tanya are the exception and I cannot recommend them enough :)

I give Albeck Properties five stars. One star for safety and security. Two stars for maintaining a clean and beautiful living environment. Three stars for the maintenance team and management. They give their best to their tenants. I am always impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable they are. Four stars for the amenities and affordability. And five stars for the beautiful buildings and the locations. I have really enjoyed being a tenant in two different Albeck Properties. Alex and his team are the best people I have ever rented with. They make places feel like home and like a community. Well priced, classic buildings. Everything is clean and beautifully maintained, maintenance is very prompt and super professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
