EDIT: Albany management did change cleaners and did eventually fix the broken sink and patched the walls, so everything seems better for now! ---------- I love the professional office space but unfortunately the shared areas are not kept clean. The trash is removed and bathroom floor sometimes cleaned, but it's hit or miss regarding cleaning the sink, outside of the toilet, splatters on walls, or carpet in hallway. One of my clients stated that "It looks like the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in weeks." Construction debris still on carpet a few weeks after paper towel dispenser installed, clumps of hair accumulated on the carpets and floors of the common areas. One of the sink faucets hasn't been attached for I believe a week or longer?

I would not recommend being a tenant of Albany Management. I run a business out of 2 of their suites. We have ongoing HVAC issues. When I reach out, they say they're on it, then I never hear back. Sometimes they show up and address it, and I don't even know that they did -- I don't get a follow up. Other times nobody shows up, I follow up a week later, and they say they're on it, only to not hear any follow up at all. I have multiple email threads that just don't get responded to unless I am actively on top of them. They clearly don't care about their current tenants. They are focused on getting new tenants in as soon as possible and then forgetting about them. I have been leasing space for my business for 16 years from Albany Management. I have negotiated a number of leases, which always seemed to end fair with both sides satisfied. There staff is great, hard working, helpful and courteous. Whenever I had an issue or a request I always felt I was listened too and responded too in a timely manner. The building is always being cleaned and well maintained.

My previous review was negative because of some poor management decisions made in a very difficult situation. As of APRIL 12.2022 Albany Management has been incredibly helpful with temporary housing . I am still waiting to return to my apartment and hope the restoration company can get its act together.

Enjoyed working with the experienced Team at Albany Management to transact a commercial lease on behalf of my Client. They have a nice portfolio situated in strategic locations within the Capital District. Pleasure to work with and very professional.
