This property is gorgeous, well-maintained, nestled in a convenient location (close to the airport and central to everything you need) and has a modern vibe. Mariela was very warm and welcoming when I first walked in for a tour. Because of her professionalism, follow-through, and how she made me feel, I decided to return with more questions and rented a unit. She made the application process quick and easy. Zaraya, the assistant community manager, was also very welcoming and helpful. She is very attentive, greets you with a warm smile, and ensures that all your needs are met promptly. I feel comfortable and confident in my new home knowing that people like Mariela and Zaraya work here. Please give them the recognition they deserve! I highly recommend Alameda West.

I had the pleasure of visiting Alameda West for a tour of their apartments. Beautiful place , wonderful energy. The staff, very kind. Especially Alejandra Lazardi, shes the sweetest most informative and professional. Will definitely be starting my lease with them as soon as my lease is over and I couldnt be happier.

Alejandra has been super helpful throughout my leasing and moving process at Alameda West! Definitely one of the best leasing offices I have worked, they are so quick to reply and helpful. THe complex is clean and the apartment is well maintained!

Alejandra Lazardi, my leasing agent, provided a stellar service, delaying her own lunch to make sure all the paperwork was done. Her ability to show the unit and the amenities in the building was more than sufficient, and her "get it done" attitude provided great confidence in the administration of the building. Had a great experience getting my apartment. Alejandra from the leasing office, was super helpful and made the whole process really easy. Everything went fast. I got approved and moved in quicker than I expected. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
