Alameda Palms

The worst place anyone can live at. They discriminate u if u dot pay rent. They make u literally suffer in heat and they dont help when u are trying to get assistance after losing ur job. I have videos and pictures of how they left my family without any fans our ac would only blow in certain areas. And I called the city unfortunately they were not able to assist but for the county attorneys off ice to know without me telling them the name of the property knew where I was calling from. I have done extensive work to make sure these people first of all hire managers who are willing to help and not just look at u as if u were stupid. Yea Paul the manager here is so rude. Alameda Palms apartment complex looks nice, clean, and spacious. Prices are very reasonable not to mention the amazing management. Jessica is very kind and will answer any question in a very clear way in which you'll understand everything. She treats people with respect, honesty, and empathy. Definitely recommend giving the apartments a chance.

Jessica has been the greatest help in our process of applying for an apartment. she has made everything easier for myself with it being my first time applying for an apartment, & has been very big on communicating with me on everything that I have needed. :)

Just became a resident of Alameda Palms. The application process was fast, smooth, and easy. Jessica was very knowledgeable and helpful. The complex looks clean, there's a shaded playground for the kids. The maintenance staff seemed very welcoming and friendly.

Nice place to live. Been here for about 5 years and very comfortable. Applications process was smooth and very easy with the help of the manager Jessica. Very helpful and explained everything fully and the maintenance keeps up with any issues very quickly.
