Updated Review: I previously shared concerns about maintenance customer service, but I want to specifically recognize Earnest from Maintenance for his outstanding work today. Earnest installed/fixed my AC and stayed with me the entire time to make sure everything was completed properly and working well before he left. He was patient, professional, and thorough, which made a big difference. I truly appreciate his dedication and commitment to doing the job right. Earnest was an amazing maintenance guy. He was very thorough with his inspection and gave us a detailed rundown of everything that we needed to keep an eye out on. He is very personable and I can see his passion for his work. I’m very glad that he was sent to do our inspection and that he was so positive and easy to talk to. Don’t be influenced by the bad reviews — I want to let you know that this place is absolutely amazing! It’s so peaceful and quiet. Mrs. Bonddy has a heart of gold, and when I say gold, I truly mean it. She helped me every step of the way and never left my side. Thanks to her, I was able to move in immediately. She truly knows what empathy is and understands everything perfectly. The service here is excellent — if you ever need any maintenance, they take care of it right away. I wish her many blessings — never hesitate to reach out to her. If you’re looking for an apartment and need guidance, ask for her — she’s simply the best!

My experience at Alafaya Woods Apartments has been overall positive. The self-tour option made exploring the community convenient, and the moving process was seamless. The staff members were incredibly friendly and responsive, addressing all my questions with ease. I did encounter a few issues upon moving in: the bathroom vanities had water damage, the guest bathroom ceiling showed signs of water issues, and the water heater needed replacing. I was relieved that once I brought these concerns to the office's attention, they were addressed promptly. Ernest from maintenance was a standout. He made the whole process feel less daunting, assuring me that every issue would be resolved and it truly was!
