Absolute slumlords. They do not care about hazardous mold, and expect their tenants to live with it. They were VERY rude when we addressed them with it, basically said “whatever.”

If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve been living in an AL Burke apartment at 1805 Riverview Drive in Endicott for two years, and the experience has been awful. The customer service is horrendous. My cabinets have been leaking water since September, and despite reporting the issue multiple times, it’s now December, and nothing has been fixed. They sent me a dehumidifier, which has done nothing to solve the problem but has significantly increased my NYSEG bill. The boiler in my apartment has been broken all winter, leaving me without heat. After repeatedly begging for help, they finally provided space heaters, which is unacceptable. The woman working in the service department is shockingly rude and unprofessional. I have live in Meadow Brook MHP for 15 years under various owners. The roads in the park are terrible and cause damage to vehicles even at the post 10 mph speed limit. They don't flex of bend for no reason even if it's not the tenants fault, everything is reverted to the occupants responsibility. I've been without water for weeks due them drilling a new well next to my place. No water and listening to that drill was ridiculous and disturbing, and all the drill waste pooled in my yard causing it to be a swamp. Then they installed water meters, mine somehow frozen with working heat tape and want me to pay $425 for water and sewage bill...

I’ve only had good experiences with AL Burke. They address maintenance issues super quick! We needed a new toilet bowl and hot water heater and it was done the same day. They keep the park so clean and the grass is mowed once a week. I only spent the tail end of the winter here last year but roads were plowed right away. They went around and power washed all the trailers and made sure they were ready for the winter. Idk I’m really happy with them! They also are good at keeping residents in the loop if there’s any issue by sending out a mass text. Our last place we rented for ten years and this experience with AL Burke is ten times better.

Thieves and terrible landlords. Not only was this company awful at filling service requests but they also lied about the state of my girlfriends apartment and completely stole here entire deposit. They claimed that there were 14 large holes in the walls. There wasn’t a single large hole in any of the walls. At most a few small nail holes from pictures that were properly filled before she moved out. She took great care of the place and everything was well within normal wear for the 5 years that she resided in the apartment. A greedy and untrustworthy company. Stay far away from A.L. Burke and take your money elsewhere.
